Finding a good base vehicle takes time, and buying blind carries real risk. We search the UK market on your behalf, vet candidates against MOT history, mileage and condition, and arrange an independent AA inspection before you commit to anything.
Once approved, we handle delivery to our workshop. You deal with the dealer directly for payment – no middleman, no hidden margin. Just a clean, well-checked vehicle ready to build.
FAQs
Do I have to buy through you?
Not at all. If you’d prefer to source your own van, that’s fine. Our main expertise is converting vans, so whether you bring the vehicle or we find it for you, the build is the same.
What if the AA inspection fails?
If the van doesn’t pass, we keep searching. You’ll never be pushed into buying something unsuitable – the aim is to find the right van, not just any van.
How much is a second inspection?
An additional AA inspection is £229, charged at cost.
What vans can you source?
We focus on two platforms: the Citroën Relay, Peugeot Boxer and Fiat Ducato, and the VW Crafter and MAN TGE. These are the platforms we build on, so sourcing and conversion are handled as one joined-up process.
How long does sourcing usually take?
We begin searching around five weeks before your conversion is due to start. In most cases we find the right van within two weeks, leaving plenty of time for inspection and delivery before the build begins.
What about delivery beyond 150 miles?
Delivery within 150 miles of our workshop is included. For anything further, we can arrange nationwide transport through our insured delivery partner at an additional cost.
