Prices typically range from £10,000 to £40,000. For reference, a build similar to Ophelia would cost around £25000 + VAT.
To secure your build slot, we require a £1000 deposit once you approve our proposal. From there, we’ll engage in consultations (face-to-face or virtual) to map out a build that perfectly aligns with your lifestyle.
About three weeks before the build begins, we’ll request 30% of the total agreed cost to acquire materials and appliances.
The remaining amount will be divided into four equal instalments, paid throughout the build process.
We maintain close communication, providing photo updates, and regularly discussing finer details to ensure a collaborative and satisfying build journey.
